Chess classes for children 25

Children are the main pupils of chess teaching in Warsaw. The youngest can start at Legia Chess Schools, which has a group for ages four to seven at the Legia stadium, or at KS Szacholandia in Wola, whose first group is a half-hour class for small children. Child Kingdom on ul. Nowogrodzka combines classes with tournaments for children up to fourteen, and UKS Sparta Białołęka moves pupils from groups without a category up to the advanced level.

School sports clubs across the city, such as Czternastka in Ursus, Gambit Wesoła and Ogród Jordanowski, field pupils in the youth olympiad and the junior leagues. Outside the city, KSz Król Batory in Otwock, UKS Szachowa Dwójka in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and the Crasievitch Chess School in Marki run groups through the school year, and Zieloni Zielonka adds summer workshops.
