Clubs that play rapid 6

Six clubs in this list put rapid at the centre of their calendars. UKSz Hetman holds a FIDE-rated rapid evening almost every week, numbered through the year, and the ChessPoint directory names it as organiser of the thirtieth rapid tournament of 2026, played in October. UKS Twierdza Mokotów, based in building II at ul. Powsińska 106, mixes rapid, blitz and classical category tournaments, and UKS Sparta Białołęka plays its open rapid championship each spring, with a blitz championship the next day.

UKS TSz Zieloni Zielonka runs rapid tournaments in Marki and stands behind the Sunday rapid series in a Saska Kępa club café. The team of UKS Gambit Wesoła won the Mazovia Mini League, a rapid team championship for children, in June 2025, and UKS Sternik organises the Open Rapid Championships of Pruszków, played most recently at the end of March 2026. The tournaments themselves have entries of their own in the tournament list.
