Privacy and data information
What the form sends
A note carries your name, the contacts you entered and the note itself: which place, what should change, where to check it and how you know the place. The address and language of the page go with it. One hidden field, never shown to people, is there only to catch spam robots.
How notes are used
A form service holds the notes until the editors read them at the next revision. They serve only to check and apply what they report; nobody is contacted unless the note asks for a reply and leaves a contact. Names and contacts never appear on the site, are never sold and are never passed to the club, school, café or organiser concerned; the history of changes describes the change, not the person who reported it.
Visits counted without cookies
The site sets no cookies. A small script served from its own domain counts page views without storing anything in your browser and without following you to other sites. Each view records the page, the referring page, and the browser, device type and country read from the request; only totals are looked at.
Nothing loaded from other servers
The pages load no advertising, no social-media buttons and no outside trackers, and take no fonts, maps or images from other servers. A link to a source or to a map leads to a site with its own privacy terms. The hosting provider handles technical data such as IP addresses only as far as serving the pages requires.
Your rights under the GDPR
To have a note of yours corrected or deleted, send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so. The form service is updated at the next read-through, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
